At BabyScans4U, we offer a warm, non-medical Early Gender Determination service based entirely on the ultrasound images you upload. Your images are reviewed by trained sonographers or experienced professionals who specialise in early fetal observation.

Our service provides an informed opinion based on what can be seen in the images provided. While we always strive to offer the most accurate assessment possible, we cannot guarantee that gender will be visible in every scan, and the service should not be considered medical advice or diagnosis.

Accuracy Disclaimer

Early ultrasound gender determination can never be 100% accurate. Our assessment is based solely on the images you submit, and many natural factors — including fetal position, gestational age, scan angle, and image clarity — may limit what can be reliably observed.
For this reason, BabyScans4U cannot be held responsible for an incorrect prediction, and by placing an order you accept that all results are professional opinions rather than guaranteed outcomes.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that the clarity and suitability of your ultrasound images directly affect the accuracy of your assessment.

2. Eligibility Requirements

For the most reliable results, we recommend submitting ultrasound images taken at 12 weeks gestation or later.

Images should clearly show the areas required for gender observation.
BabyScans4U reserves the right to determine whether an image is suitable for assessment.

If the images appear to show a gestational age under 12 weeks, the assessment will still be completed, but refunds cannot be offered. A complimentary resubmission may be provided at our discretion.

3. Submitting Your Images

Images may be uploaded during or after checkout.

Customers are responsible for ensuring their images are:

• Recent

• Clear and unaltered

• Showing the necessary fetal anatomy

• Taken from a standard ultrasound scan

BabyScans4U cannot be held responsible for unclear, cropped, zoomed, low-quality, or incorrectly taken images.

4. When the Service Is Fulfilled

The service is considered fully delivered once BabyScans4U has received your images and completed an assessment — even if we are unable to determine gender.

This includes cases where:

• The gender is not visible

• The pregnancy is earlier than expected

• The image quality is poor

• The fetal position is unsuitable

• Key anatomical features cannot be seen

Our obligation is to provide a professional evaluation of your scan, not to guarantee a conclusive result.

4.1 Definition of an Assessment

For clarity, an assessment is considered complete when a trained member of our team has reviewed your ultrasound images for any one of the following basic criteria:

• Whether gender is visible or not visible

• Whether the gestational age appears to be under or over 12 weeks

• Whether the image quality, clarity, and fetal position allow for a professional opinion

An assessment is fulfilled once we have carried out this review, regardless of whether:

• A conclusive gender prediction can be made

• The scan is too early

• The anatomy is not visible

• The image quality is insufficient

Once this assessment has taken place, the service is considered delivered in full.

4.2 Assessment Outcome Notification

Once your image has been assessed, you will receive an email confirming the outcome of your review. This email will contain either:

• Your gender prediction, if gender was visible and a professional opinion can be given
  or

• An “Unable to Identify” notification, if gender cannot be confidently identified based on the images provided

If we are unable to identify gender, this email will also include a link and instructions for submitting new images (if a complimentary resubmission is available to you).

5. Refund Policy

Because the assessment begins as soon as we receive your images, refunds cannot be issued once the review process has started.

Inconclusive or indeterminate results do not qualify for a refund. This applies regardless of:

• Gestational age

• Image quality

• Fetal positioning

• Customer misunderstanding of the service

• Unavailability of visible gender markers

We always aim to support you throughout the process, but once the service has been carried out, it is considered complete.

6. Resubmission Opportunities

If your initial images do not allow us to confidently provide an assessment, we may offer a resubmission opportunity.

6.1 Complimentary Resubmissions

We generally offer at least one complimentary resubmission to allow you to try again with clearer or later-dated images.

Additional resubmissions or service credits may be provided depending on the situation and at BabyScans4U’s discretion.

6.2 Limitations

Resubmissions are offered as a goodwill gesture.
They are not guaranteed and do not form part of the paid service.

A customer declining or being unable to provide further images does not qualify for a refund.

7. Customer Responsibilities

By using this service, you agree that:

• You have read and understood these Terms & Conditions

• You are responsible for providing suitable ultrasound images

• You understand the natural limitations of early gender observation

• You accept that results are not guaranteed

• You acknowledge that inconclusive or indeterminate outcomes are possible

BabyScans4U is not liable for incomplete or inaccurate results caused by poor image quality, fetal position, gestational age, or any circumstances outside our control.

8. Liability

BabyScans4U is not responsible for:

• Any medical decisions or actions taken based on our assessment

• Emotional, financial, or medical consequences of the result

• Natural variations in fetal development or sonographic appearance

• Incorrect or incomplete information supplied by customers

Our service is strictly observational and based solely on the ultrasound images provided.

9. Agreement

By placing an order with BabyScans4U, you confirm that you:

• Have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions

• Understand that refunds are not available once the assessment begins

• Accept that inconclusive or non-visible results do not qualify for a refund

• Agree that resubmission options are discretionary and offered as a courtesy
